US IT Association agrees with offshore phenomena

Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) – representative of 400 US IT firms has pressed on in favor of offshore in order to remain competitive as well been globalize. A position paper released on August 6th went in favor of going offshore for outsourcing as a measure to tap the ever growing IT market – globally. While US is coping with the concept of employment migration, global business process outsourcing – BPO - markets as India will welcome ITAA move. BPO in India is flourishing thanks to competitive pressure resulting in competitive pricing policy. Lot of US companies into IT sector and banking and finance are supplying business to Indian BPO Industry in rake of cost-effective market.

The paper also asked foreign governments to widen up the market and encourage globalization by reducing trade barriers. America has always encouraged globalization by insisting on open market policy. The result of US open-trade policy is actively supported by Indian government, which has attracted massive offshore BPO market majorly by US companies. BPO in India is upbeat and accessing majority of outsourcing work from US up for taking. The cost-effective talented manpower, affluent IT infrastructure and outlook of globalization by Vajpayee government have cemented the position of Indian BPO Industry in the global outsourcing market.
