BPO eyeing Tier-II cities

Although there was outcry in USA and European countries over passing BPO process to India and such nations, studies reveals that there is no stopping for it. Business ethics supports such kinds of corporate moves. And India is the ultimate gainer. No wonder BPO in India is cheap but also driven by qualities. The billion-dollar industry is firm-footed in India to attract more BPO business according the contemporary standards.

As the Indian BPO industry is roaring in front of the western corporate market, small town participation (I heard tier-II cities) is also on a particular growth. Metro cities in India offers quality driven professionals but at the same time costs the companies incredibly high. Therefore BPO in India are eyeing tier-II cities like Jaipur, Mangalore, Chandigarh and others as the potential hub in the future. Whichever ways, India is the next best thing for outsourcing.
