Indian BPO sees no competition in near future

The onset of BPO industry in India has now come of ages. BPO in India has undergone a lot of maturity and progress. Companies (mainly from US) outsourcing services to India has shown a lot of faith in their Indian clients. Several players of the BPO industry in India admits that its time that the sector marginalize. Small BPO service providers will look to merge or dissolve as the market is strengthening and brand-image is considered. Companies looking to outsource business services to India will soon be considering major BPO service providers and it is predictable that small BPO firms will run out business.

The most severe impact of the emergence of BPO in India must have been the job-shifting phenomena in the US. But it should be noticed that US economy is not strong at the moment while the India’s Sensex (Nifty) is blossoming to new heights. Moreover the jobs created in India are not necessarily out of shifting process but mostly due to the expansion plans and corporate buildup. Companies all over – who are looking to outsource work, are going offshore rather slacking jobs in their domain. The growth within BPO industry in India is imperative and if India continues to avail outsourcing services at the same level – there will be no stopping to it.
