E-bookers set to triple its manpower in India

Europe’s largest on-line travel agent ‘e-bookers’ is tripling the size of its Indian back-office operation. The company at the moment employees around 640 people at their New Delhi facility center and they plans to increase by almost 2000 people. E-bookers have claimed that the company has saved a hefty 1.4 million pounds in last three months by instigating its India BPO operations as the massive operational cost is brought down to minimum.
