ICS willing to enter BPO sector

In a recent corporate pushover, US-based entity Infinite Computer Solutions (ICS) has shown signs of entering the lucrative BPO sector mushrooming in India. The company offers application development & maintenance to several top companies’ around the world that also includes various Fortune-500 firms. While the Indian BPO Industry is on a roar, several companies like ICS are eager to join the bandwagon. The move made by ICS is a clearer indication of the dynamic growth that BPO in India has achieved over last few years.

In an interview to Economic Times, India - Upinder Zutshi chief operating officer for Infinite Computer Solutions said that the company is ready to acquire BPO firm having revenue rate of $3-$4 million.

The growth for Indian BPO Industry has been phenomenal over the years. The provision of quality outsource services especially call-center facility has led to this exceptional growth. BPO in India registered annual growth of over 35% over last year.
