BPO in mapped by Kuoni in India

Kuoni tours and travels company from Switzerland is planning to set up a BPO in India in order to cater the service requirements of the travel industry. The $2.7 billion firm is planning to outsource its business to India in view of the cost effective service - the Indian BPO industry offering to the global corporate world. A team from Kuoni from Britain visited India to evaluate Call Center facilities in India.

Several Indian businessmen settled in US are also heading to instigate operations back to India after the BPO boom that took the corporate industry by storm. Ajay Chopra, COO of Commerce Velocity which he founded in the US, is coming back after 22 years to set up a BPO outfit for the firm in India.

BPO in India is cheap but also driven by qualities. The billion-dollar industry has set its foot firmly in India to attract more BPO business according the contemporary standards. Several European and US firms have been flourishing in India since last few years as Indian BPO has effectively managed to produce quality driven services to their clients abroad.
