BPO growth in India: Direct result of globalization

While the BPO industry in India is soaring up day-by-day, employees of the same sector in US as well as in UK have a thing or two to worry about is a matter of debate. Outsourcing is a ‘mega-trend’ – a direct result of globalization. To curb outsourcing is virtually impossible since a company doing so has all the powers to go overseas for expansion of their business activities. Hence the result is the growth of BPO in India since the qualities provided by them (BPO’s) meet the international requirements.

Several companies in US are looking forward to remit their outsourcing or back-end operations to India. The demand here for quality BPO services in India is ever growing. Major companies from around the globe are accessing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in India. Even studies reveal that business corporate houses in western countries prefers outsourcing to India than locally.
