BPO is the in thing world over


Everybody seems to be riding the BPO wave. Now Xansa India is hoping to garner up revenues through their BPO segment. Xansa India, which is a business, services and IT company is eyeing to rev up its revenue from the BPO segment to almost 50% in the next three years.

At the moment the cash flow from its IT services is 80%, and the revenue generation from its BPO business is 20%. And what Xansa wants is a ratio to be 50:50 revenue each from both the segments.

The company provides both inbound and outbound services focusing on credit card processing, HR, accounting and financing, customer services and back-office processing.

Since BPO business in the future is going to witness a further boom, it is the right time to strategize and think of ways to leverage as much profit from the sector as possible.
