Quality for existence of BPO’s
As the analysts from research and surveying firm Gartner predicts dramatic increase in the BPO industry in India (stated $13.8 billion in 2007 from $1.2 billion in 2003) – the existence of all of them is a question of debate. BPO in India - without question is going to flourish – but at the same time the delivery of quality service remains in the minds of investors planning to offshore business.
BPO in India is cost saving and assures massive reduction(GE saves $270 million via outsourcing to India and constantly looking to build up over that). It is call centers offering quality service that enable them to be amongst biggest BPO player in their sector. BPO industry in India will have to be willing, motivating, self-assured and quality-driven to be able to capture and then retain the international market.
