The cost effective – punch line for Indian BPO industry – India would upscale with more and more BPO setting foot in India.

BPO in India are undoubtedly emerging the facet of the back-office operations, globally. The New Jersey bill is still under consideration and it’s unlikely that there will be a total favoring over the issue.
